Amelia Lietke, HR Director
"I started work at Arcadia 11 years ago as a HR Administrator, straight from a stint of travelling after University. The company sponsored me to do my CIPD and supported my studying and development and I quickly progressed up the career ladder. The great thing about Arcadia is its size and variety of brands. It's enabled me to change jobs every 2-3 years and experience a wide variety of HR initiatives that have directly contributed to the success of the business.
I joined Evans as HR Director quite recently and it feels as though I've come home! It's fantastic working in a brand that's so passionate about it's people and committed to their success.
