Anne Radley, Regional Controller
"I started my career back in 1984 as a full time sales advisor for Topshop and within 2 weeks, I was hooked! I progressed onto various management positions, including managing flagship stores in London and Meadowhall. In 1998 I was given the opportunity to experience a field role as a secondee Area Manager, which progressed to a permanent role. After a number of Area Management positions, I was appointed as Regional Controller for Evans.
I find every day is different, challenging and stimulating. For me, the best part of the job is when I am in stores meeting our teams and customers. The sense of team and one purpose is very strong in Evans. We are passionate about our product and our customer. After 20+ years the important things to me are still team, brand pride, customer and product."
